Which is better for weight loss? Or is the weight loss gonna be similar to water fast and omad? If it’s similar I rather do OMAD…
The less you eat, the more your body is going to have to rely on is own fat stores. A fast is more effective than OMAD, but OMAD is still more effective than 2MAD or not eating with a plan at all. Try fasting for a couple days and see what works for you :)
I find it’s too easy to fall off the wagon on a long water fast and eat everything in sight. You may lose a bit less on OMaD, but I suspect you won’t fail outright. Having something to look forward to once a day is a big motivator.
