Hi! I’m planning on doing alternate water/dry fast for the following 4 weeks. Do you think it is possible to lose 20kgs from this?

Not really. Dr Filonov says that the best way to lose weight is to just dry fast one day a week and walk 10 km on that day. You could extend the dry fast to 48 or 72 hours. If you are alternating you need to go from dry into wet. Never wet into dry.
