I have 4 weeks to lose 40lbs I’m currently 250 6’1 and want to be 210 or even 200 by February for a very important wedding is it possible I could be skinny by then I’d do anything even the most extreme stuff
best you can do is about 1lb per day. but you have to be STRICT! bust out a 72hr, no carb no sugar refeed and roll 24s and 48s thats the most reasonable or just lay in bed for the next 4 weeks no food no water that will get you to your goal…
