I feel the same way. In the last 1.5 months I did two 72 hour water fasts and one 48 hour water fast. I lost weight and definitely got some benefits but I basically just became dependent on water and salt water. Everytime I had a craving I would either pound 16 ounces of water or pound 16oz of water with 500mg salt. And everytime after I broke the fast I got salt water shits for a whole day. I just finished a 48 hour dry fast and feel great no salt shits.
