Good for you! Keep it up. I have noticed the hunger passes the longer you do it. I just drink a bunch or coffee and sparkling water like bubbly or lacroix and it helps. I think the hunger pangs are your body asking for easy calories to break down for energy because in the past you have responded by eating. Once it realizes you aren’t going to cave it will start to break down the extra fat you carry and convert that into sugar for energy. Cheers to a healthier new year for you!
