How quickly would you like to hit your goal?
My thought is if your goal is weight loss, you might consider doing rolling 48’s until you hit your GW. Being 10lbs away, it likely won’t take you very long. Then you can try things like 48 on, 48 off, or a once a week 48 to maintain until you find what works for you.
This is just my own experience, but when fasting for weight loss, I lost the most weight by doing weekly 72-hour fasts, followed by watching my intake for the remainder of the week.
Everybody is different, but OMAD didn’t work for me, 48 hour fasts back-to-back were ok, but didn’t result in the weight loss I was looking for.
