48hr weekly experience

Hello!

For the past 3 weeks I’ve been doing 48hr fasts on Thursday and Friday each week, this works well for me because I know exactly when I’m fasting and when to prepare for it.

So I just wanted to know if anyone does anything similar? If so, how have your results been? If it’s too frequent, will the body adapt too it?

I did 8 weeks of fasting Mon-Fri (120 hours) it was a great experience for me. I did have a fed days towards the end where my body just needed to eat. Overall the last few weeks it was more like 72/refeed/48 and refeed on the weekend.

I was doing weightless and behavioral change. I loved it.
