Just started rolling 48s (1800 UK time). Will try to keep going for 3 weeks. Would like to lose 7kg (15lbs) to get back to fighting weight.
So eat 1 meal every 2 days. Will excercise too - cycling and lifting.
Anyone else up for it?
Yes to this - I’ll join. Was planning to start a fast from now (8pm tonight) and was planning a 72 start with rolling 48s, eating keto. Starting weight 78k, 13 kilo weight loss target (which seems huge to me).
