have anyone tried eating 5 days +- maintenance and then dryfast 2 days after? 90% carnivore meals with added fruit before physical practices.
I’ve tried that and got sick, I think the carnivore diet is unhealthy for longevity but good for short term muscle progress so do what you think you are capable of. Also try not to feed into the negative stigma surrounding dry fasting and just do you, a lot of people get hate for doing something life changing because most people don’t know what the body is truly capable of.
