If you are trying to lose weight fast, the most efficient thing would be to do OMAD on the 2 days and eat healthy keto. However, even if you eat anything, you will still see results due to the 5 day fasts. It’s up to you. I’d say that if you are only eating 2 days of the week, you should eat healthy unprocessed foods and not junk food.
