if you’re fully hydrated I’d guess you’re carrying at least 5 pounds of water on you (about 2 liters), so if you’re not doing any exercise in particular my guess is 5 pounds plus (minimum) one pound a day for every day you don’t eat. At least 26. someone else will correct me if I’m wrong
make sure you get in some electrolytes on the water days just to be on the safe side. I’d say look up snake juice or maybe pedialyte
first few days are the hardest, but water fasting is a breeze after dry fasting. I like to keep the water light on water days just bc I like seeing the weight stay off
