5 day fast almost complete, will keto keep me from regaining the weight back?

Winding down a 5 day fast today. I’ve lost 10 lbs and I know a lot of it will return. But will jumping right into either a keto or no carb diet help to maintain most of the weightloss?

Hopefully keto will keep it off. Keto takes care of the main stressor that puts fat on, which is high carbs, sugar, and refined carbs especially. There are other stressors like anxiety that may keep some of it on.

I did a 5 day back in November and lost about 2lbs a day, I started at 225ish lbs. after my 5 day I committed to a ketogenic diet combined with about a 22 hour intermittent fast. Only thing I do outside of the fast is maybe a coffee or tea, and water. On most saturdays I skip eating, doing roughly a 48 hour fast weekly. I’m down to about 175-180. It kinda fluctuates, but for the most part the weight has stayed off pretty well. Today I weighed in at 176. Still hoping to lose about 5lbs of fat, but for the most part I’ve been at this weight since late December.
