I’m about to start a 5 day water fasting. I’be never gone longer than 3 days before. My question is do I need to take electrolytes or vitamins during the 5 days or is it fine to just drink water?
I did a 5 day without and my brain function was shite as was my energy level. Then I did a 7 day with homemade snake juice from the get go and flew through it. Always, always take electrolytes. And taking a multi vit (or you can research for specific ones) is the best plan.
