5 days a week fasting?

Looking to shed a little weight before a friends wedding. I’m looking at fasting 5 days a week, but not 5 straight. More like fast 2 days, eat 1 day, fast 3 days, eat 1, and repeat for about a month. Has anyone tried this before or something similar and had good results?

I’ve lost 20 pounds in 1 month with OMAD and one 7 day fast, and one 9 day fast in preparation for an event.

So great weight loss results but then after the event I binged and gained it back because I felt deprived. So watch out for that!
