Im 400lbs and i need to lose a lot of weight. Is this a good plan?
If I were in your position I would intake nothing but orange juice (and water) until you reached your desired weight (which could possibly be over a year on OJ). Maybe mix in dry fasting but to go from no fasting to dry fasting is stressful on the body and most give up and don’t get their desired results.
No dry fasting is very hard on your body and needs time to recover, also you should make sure to hydrate plenty after a dry fast. Dry fasting could help you loose weight, but if you want to do it that often i would suggest waterfasts
