57 hrs into my first extended fast, feeling pretty average

Hunger doesn’t bother me but damnnnnn I *feel* terrible. Weak, shaky, light-headed. I’m concerned about overdoing it with the salt and causing an osmotic laxative effect, but maybe I’m not having enough. Should I just listen to my body and have more salt or wait it out? Edit: I had some more salt and added a bit of bicarb and I feel a bit better lol

I have just started back on a water fast after a few years and a similar way into my water fast as you, 51\~ hours. I take caffeine pills, basic ones I buy at Walmart. I take about 200mg-400mg a day and it helps significantly with my energy levels.
