6 Days into my fast and ouch

I’m on my 6th day and the stomach hunger pains are getting out of hand. I’m tolerating them but damn this is torture. My goal is to hit 10 days but at this rate I might have to call it quits and start up another water fast another time. What do you guys do to get through such excruciating hunger pain?

Are you fasting on only water? I’d say try to consume the minimum amount of water you can, too much water isn’t good in terms of electrolyte balance. You are also stimulating your digestive system every time you drink.

Don’t give up, you’ll be proud of yourself. But if you do decide to end it, know that you are exercising your fasting muscle, it takes time to get your metabolism and brain acquainted with it.
