I’ve plateaued a bit on this cut because I was not sure how to continue after rolling 48s were no longer an option. I need suggestions. Perhaps I could undulate the calories or something, eat more on training days and less on resting days. All suggestions would be useful.
The snake snobs will bash me, but I take Reviver Salt Tablets Electrolyte Pills, supplement, pink Himalayan salt pills, and drink a little fresh pressed apple juice. and I do a “four day water fast”

This cheat allows to still sleep, I have two jobs and go to school, I cant afford not to sleep
Lately on “fasting” days I’ve been having a couple dill pickles near bedtime to get something in my stomach. I suppose that’s not technically fasting anymore but the pickles have near-negligible calories. Also it’s helped keep me from having the runs like I typically did going full snake before.
