62.5 hours in, and I am STRUGGLING. How do you all push though?

Title says it all. First long term dry fast (longest prior was 40 hours) and I am really struggling. Attempting a 6-7 day dry fast, as I have some health issues I’m trying to get a jump start on.

I’ve read the Phoenix Protocol cover to cover several times, and it seems like day 3 things ease up a bit.

Has that been anyone else’s experience? Finally seeing the scale move, so that’s a positive, but my whole body aches, I have a nasty headache, and I can’t seem to get anything done. I see other people working out during a dry fast which I don’t see myself doing at this point. I just don’t seem to have the energy.

Guess I should add:

6’ 0” (182cm)

SW: 267lbs (121kg)

GW: 185lbs (83kg)

Another thought: I have to use a CPAP and unfortunately I thought I turned the humidity off, but did not, so I’ve been breathing in water vapor the past two nights. Ugh! I’m guessing it amounts to around 1/4 cup (59ml) per night. That really sucks.

Day 2 and 3 are usually considered the most challenging and I’ve definitely experienced that. Going on walks helps me personally, but so much of the fight is mental. The boredom and tiredness can really get you

I’m currently at the 50 hour mark of a planned 60 hour fast, I’m tempted to longer as apart from headaches I’m finding it ok.

My Mrs is doing it too and I’m not sure I’ll be able to extend it and watch her eat and drink as she’s made it clear she’s stopping at 60.
