Weights:
Day 1: 189.2 lbs / 85.81 kg
Day 2: 188 lbs / 85.27 kg
Day 3: 185.4 lbs / 84.09 kg
I passed 67 hours already on 3L water + salt, and I really feel tired.
I do daily:
- 30-60 minutes daily walking
- \~1 hour at the gym
- 5-10 minutes sauna meditation
- 1 hour of yoga
Is that how I’m supposed to feel? Can you give me some information about the next few days?
Why did you decide to do so much in one go, just the fast or just the exercise.Its a terrible idea and you cant keep it up.

Exercise on longer fasts can be a little challenging. Do what you feel comfortable doing. Push a little, though. You are training your body to metabolize fat.
It gets easier with fasting experience. Your body gets more used to being in a fasted state.
