I had my last meal on wednesday night. its sat night now, more than 72 hours into my water fast.
So far, i have been hungry day 1 and 2. Today not so, but i am feeling really weak and colder than usual rather than hungry. It takes effort to want to do stuff - like get up from my chair and walk around.
Did some weights and LISS exercises on day 1, and since then i havent had the strength to exercise.
I keep reading that the strength/energy will come back on day 4 or 5. Is this true?
Any advice or anyone with the same symptoms?
If you’re feeling weak you should be supplementing salt. It does not spike your insulin. I supplemented with salt by starting with a couple sprinkles in my water in the morning and I would lick some off my wrist through out the day. Then I drank 0 calorie Powerade (which some people are skeptical of) but it worked fine for me. I still dropped fat and have continued to keep the weight off.
