Hey there! Sorry if it’s been asked already, I tried searching for it but couldn’t find anything.
I want to do the title : 72 hours dryfast, into carnivore for a few days to stay in ketosis and then get back into 72 hours dryfast -> that’s pretty much the cycle I want to be on for as long as I can to lose weight.
My question is this : am I doing the right thing ketosis-wise, meaning am I gonna get back on the losing weight train on the second 72 hours dryfast right after my carnivore ? I was under the impression that as long as I stay in ketosis I will be ok to lose weight fast, just want to be sure.

Do not go dry into carnivore your body cannot handle breaking solids as tough as meat. I’ve done it and had the worst b.m. Of my life seriously could/should’ve gone to the hospital. Break your fast with liquids hydrate and then soft foods. You want to stay in ketosis just don’t consume carbs/sugar
I feel as long as you are eating enough fat you should be fine. That’s about a stick of butter to a 1lb of meat. Suet really moves things along quickly. Break your fast with broth and then some scrambled eggs.
Honestly don’t listen to the hype. Do what you want just make sure you get your salts in between fasts bro. I broke plenty of 72s with meat no issues. It was usually juice fruits and coconut water that gave me issues and the shits immediately.
