I haven’t had any issues besides light headedness and raised heartrate, about to end my first 72 hours.
My method is:
Constant wet rag/socks around feet, soles absorb water well
Water spritzer to keep skin moisturized
Wet rag on head while I sleep, to control temperature
Glass of water on desk to keep my hand in, until it turns prune-y, then I remove.
Humidifier next to bed
Only taken 1 shower so far. absolutely no water has gone past my lips. Following the phoenix protocol. Is this too much? Am I cheating, or will I start feeling the negative effects after day 5? No hunger or thirst pains at all.
Even as far as soft dry fasts go, yours I would describe as extra soft lol. I don’t think you’re likely to see all the same benefits of an actual soft dry fast much less a hard one, you might be cheating yourself somewhat and essentially doing a water fast
