No sugar, carbs or anything that increases your glycemic index at least for the same length than the fast.
The only point for lost weight with dry fasting it’s reducing the size of the stomach. (Because all the weight you are losing it’s basically your body water reserves; which will regain immediately once you start drinking). But the stomach gets smaller so you need to eat less to feel satisfied. Use that to keep your weight down. Smaller portions, better ingredients.
