Hi, I started this week with intermittent fasting.
My question is, if I’m doing a high intesive training (at least for me :) ) that burns around 700 calories per session should I try to do this in my 8 hour window before my last meal?
Lets say from 2pm to 8pm, because I will be famished when I finish this workout.
Also, is it wrong to change my 8:16 window? Because its hard for me to train at the same time everyday due to kids, schedule, wife also training and so on.

I’d recommend close to the start of your eating window, or train during your eating window so you could refuel.
I do train fasted in the morning at 5:15 before work. And my eating window is at noon till 6pm.
You are eating for 8 hours and 16 hours is what you mean right?
