A Dietitian's 30-Day Fast From Food Before and After Body Comp Results

Posting my BodPod scans from January 3rd 2023 and January 31st 2023 - before and after a 30 day fast from food. I implemented a fasting-mimicking diet by consuming 120-150 grams of protein per day in the form of collagen mixed with coffee or tea. I would like to publish these results as a white paper. Does anyone know of a good journal that might accept something like this?

23% of the weight loss from fat-free mass (FFM) is pretty good for fasting in my experience. With ADF w/ 60g protein in January I still lost about 30% from FFM. I have heard that adipose is about 13% FFM so that’s roughly the limit of FFM loss with any diet.

Do you think more intense resistance training would have reduced your loss of FFM?
