Im a 21yr old male 5’10” cw 252 & gw is 190 I decided to do the 16:8 because I always skip breakfast anyways and usually eat around 12:00 where my problem previously came in was the soda and late night snacks.
I completed my first fast yesterday it ended up being a 17hr fast with nothing besides water
Basically I have a few questions • will I have to worry about loose skin? • what should I eat during my eating window? • does drinks like bai, vitamin waters and such break a fast?
Anything with calories breaks a fast and artificial sweeteners (0cal) spike insulin in most people which breaks your fast. Loose skin can happen to anyone, IF doesn’t effect that. I’ve read 25-50lb weight loss can cause loose skin. It sucks but only preventable by not losing the weight 😔
