read the book “The Obesity Code” by Dr. Jason Fung it’s one of the best literatures about fasting and insulin resistance.

for health purposes I believe 16:8 is great, it’s enough for your body to get a rest.

for autophagy 24h it’s ideal, you could do a 36h per week or 2x a month if you’re specially interested in that.
