I was shopping today at the store looking at a variety of mushrooms, and leafy greens. It made me wonder; is there a guide that outlines the most nutrient rich choices amongst a particular “category” of food? Like mushrooms, leafy greens, lentils, beans, etc. many thanks!
I don’t know of a guide but when I started to get interested in nutrition I would google things like “healthiest foods” or “most nutritious foods”. You could even search “most nutritious mushrooms” and then read about the pros and cons of each. I know kale and spinach are packed with nutrients. As are berries. Things like quinoa seem to be really nutrient rich as well
