A little each day or a lot periodically?

Is there any difference in health benefits to eat a little of a wide variety of healthy foods each day or better to cycle the foods by eating a larger amount every once in a while. essentially eating the same amounts just different dosing? thank you

Depends. Liver once a week will cover many deficiencies. You could do it daily, but only at small amounts.

Vitamin C in high doses is effective, but due to its shorter storage cycle. You’ll need it daily.

All food and nutrients vary.

Eating a variety of healthy foods in moderation is better. Your body is only capable of absorbing so much of any particular vitamin at a time. So if you ate a large amount of a singular food a lot of the micro nutritional value would go to waste.
