I’ve been water fasting for 17 days now and still going strong. I was planing to do a 30 day fast and hunger isn’t really an issue. I take electrolytes and vitamin supplements with my water throughout the day. But lately my mouth has started to taste really bad no matter how many times a day I brush it and i teeth feel sore. I was wondering if anyone had an explanation as to why?…
It’s keto breath 100 percent. That’s a metabolic driver of the bad breath and not a bacterial problem. No mouth wash will fix the problem which is why your bad taste comes back no matter how much you brush floss ect. A downside to fasting for sure. As for the teeth being sore I am not sure on that one.
