add in some electrolytes. I use something called saltstick caps - they are used by endurance athletes to replenish my electorlytes.
you can also just buy potassium, magnesium from any health/supplement store - and have some salt in water for sodium.
if you’re drinking a tonne of water you could ease back a bit. the more water you drink - the more electrolytes you will flush out. You body is trying to hang on to sodium - so it will first flush potassium and magnesium.
I also drink mineral water (which has trace amounts of these electrolytes)
