You’re still growing. Try listening to your hunger and fullness cues, they’re telling you how much food you need to grow.
I wouldn’t recommend fasting for longer than 12-14 hours, not until you’ve stopped growing taller (brain development doesn’t stop until you’re 25)
Intermittent fasting can be an amazing tool, but it can also fuel binge and restrict cycles of eating.
Don’t start intermittent fasting unless you think long and hard about the benefits and drawbacks!!! Make sure you don’t want to do it because of an eating disorder!!!
