The habit of eating is usually the most challenging to me, suddenly I have this “extra time” I’m not sure how to deal with during the day, multiple times a day. I’m thinking of filling these eating windows with something concrete like taking a walk when I’d normally have lunch/dinner. Any experience sharing from this community would be super appreciated!
I go for a 1 hour walk and then come home and take a nice 1 hour bath. In the bath I can read or scroll Reddit.
This is my biggest hurdle as well, I’ll be coasting all day and then I log off work at 6 and my brain immediately is like what’s for dinner
Try to reform America’s political structure. Not enough hours in the day for all the work that needs to be done, but fasting frees up a few more of them.
