Accidental fasting?

Anyone ever accidentally fast for extended amounts of time?

I am in a really stressful situation with having to move in less than a week, and didn’t sleep two nights in a row, and haven’t eaten since Tuesday night so I have accidentally fasted for like 85 hours. I’ve just been too busy and stressed to eat. And I know it’s probably not a healthy way to fast of course, but the fact it happened like that is blowing my mind. My previous longest fast was like 48 hrs.

Answer

Wow! 85 hours is huge!!!!!!! I’m at 66 now with 70 hours the longest I ever did. Just be careful on the refeed. I got sick because I didn’t know to do it slowly. I ate an Italian sub and I was sick the whole night. As long as you feel good and are drinking you should be fine.

Answer

Yes. But the way you described no. You are stressed out and on top of that you put your body in more stress by fasting.. I often accidentally fasted because I was depressed and had no appetite or energy to get out of bed xD

If they don’t get the game, the whole tribe has to fast for weeks. One get to watch the faces of one’s love one(s) either get the game or not get the game..
