I’m on day 4 now. I’ve had so much trouble sleeping at night. I even tried taking Benadryl, which usually knocks me out. I go on really long walks/runs which I would think would make me super tired. When I tried being in just a calorie deficit, I slept way more than normal. But since I’ve started fasting I can’t sleep more than 4 hours, and it’s definitely not for a lack of trying. Other than that, I’ve been doing pretty well. My weight today was 176, an all time low since 2019!
Bummer - I feel you on the sleep disruption, though I haven’t had it quite that bad. If you’re not on electrolytes you should consider them. I take a magnesium pill and capsule at night before bed. It helps with sleep and digestion.
