As the title says, I need this to make sure I don’t give up this time. As embarrassing it is, longest I’ve gone is 2 full days :(
This time I’m aiming for 5-7 days, hoping for ~10 lbs weight loss.

You’ll do fabulous! My best advice is to just stay distracted lol, pick up that book you’ve wanted to read for a while or get ahead on some work! I’m always hyper productive and eating surprisingly takes up a ton of time that you do not even notice until you stop! Best wishes to you!
