edit, obviously if you track your exercise you can count those calories too, but over short durations, an extra few hundred calories have a pretty meaningless effect. Iād only concern myself with tracking exercise if I was doing a very long fast where the exercise could eventually count for at least calories in 1 preferred unit weight, in this case, 7,700⦠which is a lot lol
