So I want to use oat flour for smoothies but where I live they only sell max protein oat flour/powder. Which contains added minerals such as pottasium and magnesium.
My problem is that they dont tell you the amount of added minerals anywhere. So wanted to know if someone knows if the amount of added minerals is limited or what could be the amount added.

I make my own oat flour by putting rolled oats in my blender. But I have a dry container for my blender designed to grind grain into flour.
Have you experimented with adding dried or soaked oatmeal to your smoothies?
