I find it easiest to dry fast for a day if I’ve taken Adderall. Does this seem extremely unsafe, or just mildly? Haven’t gone more than 24 hours before introducing hydration back into the fast. The DF noorepinephrine activity combined with amphetamines is really something
I wouldnt take anything that spikes dopamine while dry fasting or fasting
Its possible youll deplete your dopamine and have trouble replenishing it before you break your fast. If that happens then you will be in for a terrible experience.
Depends if you actually have ADHD or not. I’m ADHD and I’ve been around stims since I was 6.
Only people I know that ever got hurt by it are non adhd people taking it. Part of it is different behavior in consumption, other part is how the body handles it differently if you have ADHD vs not.
In either case I would think that if you HAVE to have it during a fast you are addicted.
All people i know with ADHD hate the stuff and it does dog shit for symptom treatment.
