Correcting my eating habits and maximizing ketone/glucose levels seem to respond best to extended periods of fasting. I did my first 72 hour fast a few weeks ago and since then I seem to be aligning best with a 42:6 routine.
I have not been able to find much information on this odd of a routine aside from some info from OMAD and some info from straight fasting.
Is there a community or information source for this type of routine?

I’m a huge proponent of the 3x42 hour fasts a week. I don’t eat Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. On Tuesday, Thursday and weekends (my eating days) I do two meals and try to limit any snacks combining this schedule with low carb has changed the game for me. Nothing has ever helped me lose weight the way this schedule does/has.
