I’m fasting Sun, Tues, and Thurs and this is week two of it. Today I did not feel hungry until about 1 pm. That was surprising. I’ve been combining this with a keto diet and originally was only going to do the fasting portion for two weeks as a way to jump start ketosis but now I’m thinking this just might be what I do for a little while. Or maybe alternate two weeks ADF and two weeks of 16/8 to keep things interesting. I never would have thought this would be something I’d be willing to do for more than the two weeks I originally committed to.
ADF is so effective! I started experimenting back in December and had some limited success with it due to holiday slippage. Started hitting it hard on 12/26 and just love it. Down 20 some pounds even though I was on vacation last week. I do OMAD on days that I do eat, and it seems to work. Keep it up!
