Advice for beginner looking for a fasting app?

Hello, IF beginner here. Just looking for advice re. any apps that someone can use to help them eith IF. Got started doing IF through advice and watch a co-worker and he was using Fastic so I copied him. Its pretty good but there are alot of bells and whistles with it, if you get what I mean. Is there are any other apps that people suggest ? Should I stick with Fastic? Or just ignore the apps all together?

I’m really enjoying using happy scale to track my weight - it’s got great graphs, and hitting bite sized milestones is fun! I’m using Zero to track fast times, and its widgets and watch complication help with cursory glances to show how deep I am into my fast. But honestly Reddit and this sub are more useful than any app out there. The progress posts are a great inspiration, and I love how supportive the community is.

The Loseit! app, which I use for calorie and macro tracking, has a nice intermittent fasting scheduler built in. You may need to subscribe to get access to the IF feature, but it’s been worth it for me

For tracking my fasting schedule? I just used my cellphone alarms at the start to remind me what time to do what. After a couple days I just got the hang of the timing. 8pm to 2pm the next day or a little past 2pm.
