Advice for not fixing the stomach...

Did 16:8 IF for 4 days and it was good. Problem is not feeling the morning bowel pressure. And the whole day went like that. Even the next day.

This made me quite concerned. A friend said if I leave food at 2-3 PM I should drink more water for a healthy bowel movement next morning.

In the mornings or after work I drink two to three cups of warm to a little but more than warm water and it helps to get the stuff out. For me, I like to do it in the morning before leaving for the day. But for me what works is that. Two to three cups of water thats a little more than warm but not so much that you couldn’t gulp it down.

How much water you drink in a day? If you are active, you would need to drink more than 2 litres reccomanded. I mean, your body should probably ask for it. I don t do very heavy activity, I just walk 20k steps a day and have a 15-20 min workout with very low weights(5 lbs) as I am a female yet I drink around 4 litres of water a day

I take 3 psyllium husk capsules, eat plenty of vegetables, and drink plenty of water with near the recommended amount of electrolytes (see the FAQs) each day. It’s been working for me. Good luck with your IF.
