I started to do OMAD fasting this past week and have been feeling amazing. I’m about to start working as a mailman in a couple weeks and you can easily walk 10-15 miles (16-24 km) a day on the job. I’d like some advice if OMAD is still a healthy option while walking this much every day.
Yes. Make sure you drink enough and eat enough. You may, though very unlikely, depending on the amount you drink need electrolytes.
If you ever don’t feel well, eat something. Simple as that. (Bring a granola bar or something). It’s probably electrolytes. Feel free to ease into it, a few days of 16:8.
