Advice for weekly 24 hr break fast

Hi, been doing a 24 hour fast once a week for a bit now. I think I overeat when breaking fast or eat too quick. Got slight stomach cramp and a bit of nausea today. Any tips on what and how to eat when breaking fast?

24 hours shouldn’t be a major issue unless you’re really stuffing food in quickly or have a medial issue. Try some easing in with foods that are hard to eat quickly or take a lot of chewing (and learn to chew thoroughly - it’ll help a lot)

A safe thing to work with is soups, broths, etc. But otherwise you’ll need to experiment because everyone is different. My wife swears by watermelon. It WRECKED me every time I tried breaking with it. I swear by scrambled eggs. It WRECKED her. Just try and think what you normally respond really well with and try it out
