I’m am currently a college student and want to start intermittent fasting more. My concern is that fasting will affect my focus and ability to retain information and complete assignments. I have been taking mandarin oranges to class as something to snack on. Has anyone noticed fasting affecting their mental capacity or focus? Or if you have any advice on how to study while fasting.
