For context, I’ve been doing IF (19:5) for about 6 months and absolutely love it.
I’m currently at the end of a keto cycle and want to finish with a 48 hour fast; but am concerned as to what I should eat when it comes to breaking?
Any advice is welcomed, as well on tips to avoid hunger seeing as the longest I’ve ever gone is 25h and am used to consuming ~3300 cals in my daily window

You don’t have to worry about breaking a fast with certain foods if it is 48hrs, unless you are usually sensitive to certain foods. Even then, I broke a 7 day fast with cheese and nuts and was perfectly fine even though dairy can make me gassy.
