Looking to loose 60 lbs by late july - currently working my way up to fasts ans only taking in 500-700 calories high protein low carb on feeding days. Anything else other than walking & weight training I can do?
Like any weight loss diet where you’ll be restricting food intake, it can be an undersight that you may want to supplement certain things so you don’t become deficient if you’ll be dieting for months at a time. Possibly invest in a quality multivitamin (I recommend Now Foods brand) to fill in those nutritional gaps for cheap insurance, get those trace minerals in (the now brand multi has those covered), and listen to your body. Get your blood work done. Other than that, sounds like a good plan, good luck!
