Like any weight loss diet where you’ll be restricting food intake, it can be an undersight that you may want to supplement certain things so you don’t become deficient if you’ll be dieting for months at a time. Possibly invest in a quality multivitamin (I recommend Now Foods brand) to fill in those nutritional gaps for cheap insurance, get those trace minerals in (the now brand multi has those covered), and listen to your body.
