My industry is a highly social one. Meeting people for meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner are expected. It’s rare to have all three meals schedule in a day but not impossible. I typically eat from 1-2 for lunch and sometime before 8pm for dinner. Does anyone else work in an industry where work meals are a norm? I’m trying to do my best to schedule just one meal a day, at max two but since people are doing more in person meetings and meals I can see this coming up more on the horizon. Any advice? Usually these are one on one meals.
I don’t have this for work, but I’ve had to modify my diet for GERD just as I stumbled upon a social life and a guy who likes to eat out because his kitchen is the size of a shoebox. Picking some go-to safe meals has helped. A bit of control on selecting the venue. Chicken and salad is safe for me. Soup and salad? Portion a bunch to have later?
And you can wiggle your eating window, but breakfast sounds not fun.
